Job Description
Role Purpose:
Recruit, train and manage insurance advisors (agents) to sell Kotak Life products and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit Agents: Find and onboard new Life Advisors to expand the agency network.
• Train & Support: Help advisors learn product knowledge, sales skills and regulatory requirements.
• Motivate & Coach: Guide your team to perform better through regular mentoring and field support.
• Drive Sales: Work with agents to close insurance sales and achieve business targets.
• Track Progress: Maintain simple reports on activities, sales and advisor performance.
Who Can Apply:
• Graduates (any discipline).
• Preferably with sales/insurance/BFSI experience.
• Good communication & local market knowledge.
