Job Description

This is a leadership position that involves managing a team and driving business growth. The role focuses on recruiting Business Partners, who will further onboard and manage Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

– Build, recruit, and develop a strong team of Financial Advisors.

– Train, motivate, and guide the team to achieve sales targets on time.

– Share regular product updates and ensure clear product understanding.

– Coordinate with training teams to conduct frequent skill and knowledge sessions.

– Generate and expand business through the recruited Financial Advisors.

Candidate Profile:

– Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, FMCG, or r elated industries are preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

– Graduation is mandatory.

– Local candidates only.

– Must own an Android smartphone.
