Job Description

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our Direct Channel team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner bank branches, driving insurance sales, and achieving business targets. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build strong relationships with bank branch staff. 
  • Drive the sale of insurance products through partner bank branches. 
  • Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products. 
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
  • Conduct customer meetings and provide appropriate solutions. 
  • Maintain sales MIS and documentation as per guidelines. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing) 
  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI)

Skills: 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Sales-driven and customer-focused 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of insurance/banking processes is an advantage
