Job Description

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing insurance sales, leading a team, and ensuring business targets and compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow insurance sales
• Lead and support a team of agents or sales executives
• Achieve monthly and annual targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Handle escalated customer queries and claims support

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
