Job Description

Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Roles:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and business pitches to promote company products/services.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet business development objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales or BFSI
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
