Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of sales executives
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Visit customers and distributors regularly
Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships
Track competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management

Requirements:

Graduation completed
3–5 years of experience in field sales or team handling
Good communication and leadership skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willingness to travel in the assigned area
