Sales Associate Executive

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an sales associate executive based across Pan India. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team, and consistently achieving business targets. The role includes developing strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and exploring new business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also be involved in preparing sales performance reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

– Demonstrated experience in sales, sales leadership, and business growth

– Strong people management and leadership abilities

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to evaluate market data and drive strategic decisions

– Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office

– Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

– Knowledge of the local market is an added advantage
