Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets through direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the direct sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute sales activities in assigned areas
- Support the team in closing sales and handling customers
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
