Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for managing direct sales activities, leading the direct sales team, and achieving revenue targets through face-to-face or direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the direct sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute direct sales strategies
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
