Job Summary:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for developing sales opportunities, improving sales processes, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Manage and guide the sales development team
- Improve lead generation and follow-up processes
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Track performance and prepare sales reports
- Train and coach team members
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
