Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for leading the outbound sales team, generating new business through calls or outreach, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the outbound sales team
- Plan and execute outbound calling/sales activities
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
- Train and motivate outbound sales executives
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
