We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to guide, support, and manage a team to achieve assigned targets and goals. The role involves team handling, performance monitoring, and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Guide, train, and motivate team members
Assign tasks and monitor team performance
Support the team in problem-solving and task completion
Ensure discipline, productivity, and timely reporting
Coordinate with managers and other departments
Prepare team performance reports

Eligibility & Requirements:

Graduation completed/Salary 4.00 LPA + Incentive
2–5 years of work experience (team handling preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
