We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage a team, and drive revenue growth in the assigned region. The role involves sales planning, team handling, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives/officers
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies
Support the team in key negotiations and closures
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales MIS and performance reports

Eligibility & Requirements:

Graduation completed (mandatory)
Minimum 2–8 years of experience in sales, including team handling
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in field sales / channel sales preferred

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹2.00 – ₹4.00 LPA (based on experience)
