Job Description
Key Sales Manager is responsible for managing major client accounts, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with major/key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for high-value customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to decision-makers.
- Guide and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct training, motivation, and performance reviews.
- Maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and client feedback.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client behaviour.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or BFSI
- Experience in managing high-value clients is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
