Job Description
You will be responsible for expanding business by developing productive relationships with independent insurance agencies in your territory.
Responsibilities
– Execute sales initiatives to grow the agency distribution network.
– Source, onboard, and manage agency partners effectively.
– Provide regular product updates, training, and ongoing partner support.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure achievement of sales goals and compliance.
– Engage with customers to understand expectations and propose suitable solutions.
Qualifications
– Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
– Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
– 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, BFSI, Mutual Funds, or Field Sales.
– Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA qualification required.
– Knowledge of industry norms and selling practices.
