Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to guide our insurance agents in meeting sales objectives and delivering exceptional service, requiring a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge. 

Accountabilities: 

• Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals. 
• Select, develop, inspire, and counsel a group of salespeople 
• Seeking out possible leaders and financial consultants 
• Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 
• Oversee the year-end and month-end closing procedures. 
• Fieldwork to contact as many customers as possible 

Ideal Candidate Characteristics: 

• Requirements: Graduate degree 
• Experience: 2 To 5 years of Field Sales & Marketing 
• Age range: 21 to 40 years old. 
• Needs two-wheelers
