Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client and partner relationships, and driving growth of the agency’s insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop new business through active client acquisition and partner tie-ups.

– Maintain and grow relationships with key clients by offering customized insurance solutions.

– Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, policy issuance, and service support.

Candidate Profile:

– Graduate in any discipline

– Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

– Strong communication and negotiation skills

– Preference for local candidates
