Job Description
Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for managing major client accounts, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term relationships with key customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead provided by the company you need to work on this lead and generate new leads.
- Help your customers during pre-and post-sales
- Give the right policy explanation of clients.
- Ensuring business through your prospective customers
- Convince the customer and sales insurance policy.
- Work collectively with Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or BFSI
- Experience in managing high-value clients is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
