We are hiring a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth through on-field activities. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits and open market activities
• Meet potential customers and explain company products/services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up with customers
• Provide basic after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation completed (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
