Job Summary: Join one of India’s top-tier Private Life Insurance companies as a Bancassurance Specialist . We are hiring 5+ professionals for our premier Banca Channel (VRM).
Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Advisory: Conduct high-impact virtual meetings and calls with existing bank customers to advise them on Life Insurance and Investment plans.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for mapped bank clients, ensuring their financial goals are met with the right insurance products.
Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly business targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
Digital Excellence: Use advanced CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms to provide a seamless customer experience.
Documentation: Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI guidelines and smooth policy issuance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3+ years in Life Insurance Sales is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written).
- Education: Graduation is compulsory.
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai.
