Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners / agents / advisors
  • Drive business through Agency / Channel Sales model
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Train and motivate channel partners on products & sales process
  • Ensure productivity and activation of existing partners
  • Monitor performance, MIS, and compliance
  • Support partners in lead generation and closure

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Channel Sales / Agency Sales (BFSI preferred)
  • Strong experience in partner recruitment & development
  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Good communication and local market knowledge of UP
  • Ready for field work
