Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners / agents / advisors
- Drive business through Agency / Channel Sales model
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Train and motivate channel partners on products & sales process
- Ensure productivity and activation of existing partners
- Monitor performance, MIS, and compliance
- Support partners in lead generation and closure
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Channel Sales / Agency Sales (BFSI preferred)
- Strong experience in partner recruitment & development
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Good communication and local market knowledge of UP
- Ready for field work
