Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Delhi
CTC: As per company norms + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and market visits
  • Negotiate deals and close business effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • 2–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B / Field Sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-driven personality
  • Local market knowledge preferred
