Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and market visits
- Negotiate deals and close business effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Prepare sales reports and track performance
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B / Field Sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
- Local market knowledge preferred
