Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-field support to sales teams and channel partners
- Assist in lead follow-ups, documentation, and case processing
- Coordinate with customers for forms, KYC, and required documents
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of sales cases
- Resolve basic customer and agent queries at the field level
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain daily MIS and field activity reports
- Coordinate with internal operations and underwriting teams
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales or sales support
- Experience in BFSI/Insurance preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in the field
