Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and execute field sales activities and market strategies
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives for better performance
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular guidance to the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
