Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers in the field, and achieving sales targets through effective relationship building.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field sales activities.
• Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.
• Conduct daily market visits and customer meetings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities in assigned areas.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.
• Provide excellent customer support and service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation completed in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willing to travel for field work.
