Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing a network of insurance advisors to generate business through the agency channel. The role focuses on recruiting advisors, improving their productivity, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The manager also plays a key role in expanding market reach and strengthening customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential candidates to join as insurance advisors.
- Provide product training and continuous support to advisors for sales improvement
- Monitor advisor performance and guide them to achieve assigned targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote insurance solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to do field sales.
