Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for recruiting advisors and driving insurance business through the agency channel. The role involves supporting advisors, achieving sales targets, and contributing to company growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors to build a productive agency network.
- Drive life insurance sales through advisors to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Provide on-field support, motivation, and guidance to improve advisor performance and retention.
- Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, premium collection, and compliance with company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in field sales.
- Minimum 1 years of experience is mandatory.
