Job Summary:
The Area Sales Officer is responsible for driving insurance business growth through the agency distribution model. The role involves leading and developing advisors to achieve sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of insurance agents.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills.
- Support advisors in client meetings and closing sales.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance/BFSI agency channel.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
