Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving insurance business growth within the assigned territory through the agency distribution model. The role involves leading and developing Agency Managers and advisors to achieve sales targets. The position also ensures team productivity, market expansion, and compliance with company guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of insurance agents.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills.
- Support advisors in client meetings and closing sales.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance/BFSI agency channel.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
