Job Summary :
The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing and leading a team of field sales executives within the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate advisors to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Drive life insurance sales through effective sales planning, field visits, and joint client meetings.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and key customers to ensure long-term business growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel.
