Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager – BFSI to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and provide training as required
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing
Required Qualifications:
