Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive responsible for developing and managing agency partners, driving sales performance, and expanding business through the agency distribution channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors
- Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition
- Drive sales targets through agency channel partners
- Conduct field visits and joint customer meetings
- Provide product training and sales guidance to advisors
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers
- Track daily sales activities and performance reports
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in Any field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
- Ability to work on sales targets
