Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Area Sales Manager responsible for generating new business, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits.
- Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and explain benefits to customers.
- Follow up with clients for closures and after-sales support.
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and relationship management ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales
- Graduation Complete
- Comfortable with field work and travel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
