Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Assistant Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to increase business growth and market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor team performance and provide training when required
• Conduct market visits and analyze competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and track performance regularly
