Job Summary

We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating sales, developing new customers, and achieving business targets in the assigned area. The candidate will promote company products/services through field visits and maintain strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through field sales activities.
  • Meet potential customers and promote company products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients for sales closure and payments.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed (any stream).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or field sales.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

Salary : 3.00 to 4.25 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
