Job Summary

We are hiring an Insurance Manager who will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing agents/advisors, and achieving business targets. The candidate will develop sales strategies, support the team, and maintain strong customer relationships to grow the insurance business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents/advisors.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Promote life/health/general insurance products.
• Support agents in client meetings and policy closures.
• Develop sales strategies to increase business growth.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
• Conduct field visits and market activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation completed (any stream).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in team handling and field sales is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for field work.

Salary : 2.50 to 4.25 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
