Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives 
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets 
• Monitor team performance and provide training as required 
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners 
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management 
• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
