Job Description
We are hiring a Assistant Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the field sales team, generating business, and achieving sales targets. The role involves team handling, field visits, client meetings, and driving sales performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the field sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Train and guide team members to improve sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Coordinate with management for business growth strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales / Sales Management.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
Salary
2.25 to 3.15 LPA + Incentives + Allowances.
