Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Channel Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned area, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area
  • Manage and guide the field sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business
  • Identify new market opportunities and increase sales coverage
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
  • Track team performance and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth

Requirements

  • Graduation completed (any stream)
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel for field sales activities
