Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive responsible for developing and managing agency partners, driving sales performance, and expanding business through the agency distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors
• Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition
• Drive sales targets through agency channel partners
• Conduct field visits and joint customer meetings
•  Provide product training and sales guidance to advisors
• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers
•  Track daily sales activities and performance reports

Required Candidate Profile

• Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in Any field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work and local travel
• Ability to work on sales targets
