Job Description

As a Sales Officer , you will be responsible for driving business through the Sales, building strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, support and develop insurance advisors’ team
• Achieve sales targets through field sales
• Generate leads and convert sales opportunities
• Assist advisors in customer meetings and closures
• Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships
• Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance

 Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory).
• 2+ years of any field sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
