Sales Officer for fresher

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, explaining products/services, and helping achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, and networking.
• Present and explain company products/services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with customers to close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Assist senior sales staff in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Gather customer feedback and market information.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
• Confidence in speaking with customers.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
