Job Summary
We are hiring a Area Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Generate new business through client meetings and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client records and prepare sales reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed (any stream).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
