Job Description
As a Relationship Manager – Direct Channel, you will be responsible for driving business through direct sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field activities, references, and networking
• Meet potential customers and explain insurance products
• Achieve sales targets through direct sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customers in policy documentation and issuance
• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
