Job Description

As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling insurance products directly to customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and references
• Meet customers and explain insurance products
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Assist clients with policy documentation and issuance

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
