Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and developing strong customer relationships. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team for high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
