Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales officer to drive sales growth within a designated territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, developing strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee sales operations in the assigned area
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance & support
- Conduct regular field visits and market analysis
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
