Junior Banking Executive
Job Description
We are looking for energetic freshers to join our banking team as Junior CASA Officer. The role includes acquiring customers, promoting Savings & Current Accounts, and supporting daily sales activities. The job requires market visits and direct interaction with customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Savings & Current Accounts from the open market.
- Conduct field visits and generate leads through cold calls and references.
- Explain account features, benefits, and documents required for opening accounts.
- Assist customers with KYC, forms, documentation, and onboarding.
- Cross-sell basic banking services such as Debit Card, Mobile Banking, and FD/RD.
- Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
- Work closely with the branch team to support daily sales and service activities.
- Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition and business volume.
Requirements
- Two-wheeler & Driving License preferred
- Willing to work in field sales
