Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and develop a high-quality Advisor team
• Drive revenue growth through team efforts
• Provide continuous training and development support
• Assist team in client meetings and sales closures
• Monitor and improve team performance regularly

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in Field Sales / Insurance / BFSI
• Graduation compulsory
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
