Position : Sales Manager
Location : Kharagpur – Agarwal Estate
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Performance Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Meet potential customers in the field and explain our products clearly
– Generate leads through your local network and references
– Build strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
– Achieve monthly sales targets given by the company
– Maintain daily activity report and submit on time
– Support your team and work together to grow the branch

Candidate Profile :
– Must be a Graduate (Any stream)
– Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing
– Must be from Kharagpur or nearby local area – This is Mandatory
– Should have worked in Sales in any industry (FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Pharma, Real Estate etc.)
– Good communication skills
– Confident, self-motivated and target driven
