Position : Area Sales Manager
Location : Bolpur – Shantiniketan Road
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Performance Bonus

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Plan your daily field visits and meet assigned number of customers
– Pitch products in a clear and honest manner
– Develop your own lead pipeline through networking and referrals
– Stay updated on product knowledge and communicate it to customers
– Complete documentation and reporting on time
– Be accountable for your monthly sales numbers

Candidate Profile :
– Must be a Graduate
– 2 or more years of experience in field sales and marketing
– Should be a resident of Bolpur or Shantiniketan area – Mandatory
– Any sales industry experience is welcome
– Should be comfortable travelling locally on a daily basis
– Target-focused and result-oriented mindset
